I have recently graduated from Calvin where I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Urban Studies. I am now living and working in Grand Rapids, MI where I work for RDV Corp. as a graphic artist and web developer. My formal title is Communications Assistant. RDV Corp. is a company created for the financial management of the Richard DeVos family. I work in Foundations which is their philanthropic sector. The program where I spend most of my time in is called the “DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative“. It is a national youth leadership development program aimed at empowering youth leaders already in ministry to be ready for the rough road ahead. It is an amazing program, if you are still curious you can message me. I will spare the wonderful details for the sake of simplicity.

This is a photo of our wonderful house. We rent from a family that lives four doors down. They are all wonderful people. Originally from Iran, they have a great outlook on life and great perspectives on community living. We are encouraged to fix up the house and add things that interest us such as our garden out back.
